There are 2 ways you can make a tax deductible donation to the Parkinson's Community Network (PCN), by cheque and on-line.

1. Cheques are payable to the Perth and District Community Foundation (PDCF) with an indication on the memo line that the funds are for the PCN.  Please mail to Parkinson's Community Network c/o Pat Evans 2924 R29, Portland, Ontario K0G1V0.  Please include an email address for a tax receipt.

2. On-Line: You make a credit card donation through Canada Helps on this page:  Donate Now.

Under Donation Details, you will see a downward arrow indicating a dropdown menu. Scroll down to Parkinson’s Community Network.  Complete Your donation.
