There are 2 ways you can make a donation to the Parkinson's Community Network (PCN). Cheques are payable to the Perth and District Community Foundation (PDCF) with an indication that the funds be directed to the PCN. Please mail to The Perth & District Community Foundation, 33 Lewis St, Perth, ON K7H 2R4.

You can also make a credit card donation through the PDCF website at www.pdcf.ca. Scroll down to the DONATE  button. That will take you to the Canada Helps website and the Perth and District Community Foundation. Where you see Apply your donation to a fund set up by this charity*, there is a dropdown menu. Scroll down again until you see Parkinson’s Community Network. A tax receipt will be sent by email to you with either method of donation.
