Parkinson's Community Network (PCN) is a non-profit, unincorporated organization established in 2023. Our goal is to build a sense of community, offer support groups, promote awareness, and work with other organizations to contribute to living well with Parkinson’s Disease.
We hold fundraising events as well as seek donations in order to meet our objectives. An endowment fund has been established through the Perth and District Community Foundation and tax receipts can be issued for donations to PCN.
Now through the Parkinson’s Community Network, you also have the opportunity to support our local community and “Give Where You Live”.
